Drink 2 cups a day, preferably between main meals.
In a cup: use 1 sachet.
In a teapot: use 2-3 sachets per litre of water.

Please note:
Always use freshly boiled water and be careful to place the sachet in the teapot or cup first and wait 4-5 minutes before serving.
To drink cold, prepare a hot infusion and add ice.
